Book a time that's appropriate for you and pick your dream prom gown. No pressure to buy and enjoy a relaxed environment. Each appointment is 60 mins long. Why not have a personal stylist help you find the perfect size, style and colour for that important day in every teens event calendar!! £10 deposit required at time of booking, full refund given if appointment is cancelled 48hrs before start of appointment. This is to reduce the number of "no-shows". £10 will be deducted from any purchase.

To receive a full refund on you appointment please cancel at least 48hrs before your appointment time slot. To cancel or reschedule email us at customerservice@envygowns.com and we will arrange your refund. For cancellations less than 48hrs we are unable to refund your appointment.
